Additional sports fishing tours offered are operated by the Mr. Eddie Brown’s Company, they have specialized fishing boats, and they have all permits and insurance requirements for this activity.
This tour is available for sport fishing in river or sea and can be done in a day or half day.

- 1 Person, 2 or 3 people $325
Fishing spot:
Because Tortuguero has both ocean and rivers, you can fish for ocean fish in the morning and river fish in the afternoon.
Types of fish:
» Here are some of the fish you are likely to encounter here:
- Ocean: tarpon, snook, snapper, jack, baracuda, king fish, grouper and mackerel.
- River: guapote (rainbow bass), moharra, cara seca (snook family), machaca, snook, and sometimes tarpon.
Boat information:
The boat comes equipped with fishfinder GPS, cushioned swivel seats, 85hpm, and cell phone to maintain communication with other boats and its home base.
Fishing tour includes:
Boat, guide, fuel, all fishing equipment, park fee, refreshments and snack.
Box lunch for all day tours.
